Refund policy

• RETURNS/REFUNDS:
• Returns must be approved by PLT PRIOR TO customer returning item. Ensure you email PLT at prettylittlethings302@gmail.com to explain return reason and receive approval.
• Returns will only be accepted for up to 14 days after return approval is received from PLT. Any returned item received after 14 days will not be accepted and refund will not be issued. Unless customer receives prior approval from PLT. 
• Customer provides return shipping. PLT will not cover return shipping (outside of pre-approved situation).
• No restocking fee
• Final sale items: Candles cannot be returned. 
• Full Refund will be issued AFTER approved return product is received and inspected.
